   Urban Sites Properties is a real estate development and management company concentrating on urban redevelopment in Cincinnati's Over-the-Rhine district. Urban Sites is owned and operated by Ed Hubert and William Baum, who have been active in Over-the-Rhine redevelopment since 1985. In the office is Greg Olson, COO and CFO and his team of Jenna Laumer, Trevor Bryan, Tracy Robinson, Kris Sommer as Property Manager and Dave Laumer as Maintenance Manager.

Recently, with the growing need for desirable and convenient housing in the urban core, Urban Sites has been developing unique loft-style condominiums on Vine and Main Streets and apartments on Walnut and Main Streets. Urban Sites will have added over 50 new condos and an equal ammount of apartments by 2009.
